The Reverse Brief

Before you commit to anything, I write back to you. This document — a reverse brief — captures what I've heard, how I understand your situation, how I'd approach it, and what it would cost. It's my way of showing you I've genuinely listened, and it gives you a clear picture of what working together would look like. If I've missed something or got it wrong, we refine it together.
